This policy explains what personal data Tangent N88 Sàrl collects, why, and how it is handled. We keep things simple because we collect very little.

When you sign up for updates via our mailing list form, we collect:
- Your email address
- The date and time you subscribed
We collect nothing else. We do not collect names unless you choose to provide one.
03 — Why We Collect It
We use your email address solely to send you updates about our games and studio — including development news, release announcements, and demo availability. You will not receive anything unrelated to Tangent N88 or its titles.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given at the point of signup (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
04 — How Long We Keep It
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list. You may also request permanent deletion at any time by contacting us directly.
05 — Who We Share It With
We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit), operated by ConvertKit LLC, as our email marketing platform. Your email address is stored and processed on their infrastructure under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR. Kit does not sell your data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other third parties.
06 — Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time (via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us)
- Request a copy of your data in portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

07 — Supervisory Authority
As a Luxembourg-registered company, our supervisory authority is the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD). If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with them at cnpd.public.lu.
08 — Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without explicit notice.
